Hallie Donathan is the head coach at Muskingum University.
Donathan arrives in New Concord after a highly-successful three-year stint as assistant coach for the NCAA National Runner-Up Wittenberg University Tigers. She helped lead Wittenberg to the 2015 National Championship contest and a remarkable 29-3 record. The Tigers ended the year ranked second in the nation. Under Donathan's tutelage, Wittenberg claimed three straight North Coast Athletic Conference Championships (2013, 2014, 2015) and advanced to the NCAA Tournament each season.
Donathan, who graduated from Wittenberg in 2013 with a B.A. in biology, was a four-year standout setter for the Tiger volleyball program. She helped lead the team to the 2011 NCAA National Championship and four straight NCAC conference titles and NCAA postseason appearances. Donathan currently ranks ninth in career assists at Wittenberg.
In addition to Donthan's solid collegiate coaching experience, she served as the head coach of the New Carlisle Tecumseh High School volleyball in 2013, where she led them to a 14-10 overall record and 5-5 mark in the Central Buckeye Conference.
